Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our international shipping partner.

Delivery Time
International shipping typically takes 5–8 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 12 business days due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • International transit delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Local carrier delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for allowing the full delivery timeframe before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the shipment is being processed through international logistics hubs.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that all delivery details, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact information, are entered correctly before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for delays caused by inaccurate shipping information submitted by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for collecting their package within the time frame specified by the local carrier or pickup point.

If a package is not collected in time and is returned to sender, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.

However, if there is no clear proof that the customer was properly notified by the shipping carrier or pickup point that the package was ready for collection, we will gladly send out a replacement package at no additional cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and collect the package within the carrier’s holding period.
