Return Policy
We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. You must also have the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
EU 14-day Right of Withdrawal
Regardless of the above, if the item was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 1-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
